Why Rishabh Sethia built Innovatrix Infotech
Rishabh Sethia founded Innovatrix Infotech in 2023 after working across the stack as a developer, tech lead, and engineering manager. Across edtech, fintech, ecommerce, and social products, he kept seeing the same gap: businesses needed serious execution, but too often had to choose between expensive enterprise teams and unreliable project vendors. \n\n His belief is simple. Hard work compounds longer than pedigree. Coming from a tier-2 college never stopped him from leading engineering teams that included developers from IIT and BITS. That experience shaped the company early: clients should judge the work, the systems, and the outcomes, not the resume theatre around them. \n\n That belief defines how Innovatrix operates today. The company focuses on clear scope, accountable delivery, and product thinking that connects code to business outcomes. Across projects, the work has supported 50+ deliveries, influenced more than 10 crore rupees in revenue, and reached more than a million users.
