FloraSoul India, an Ayurvedic skincare brand founded by Garima Ahuja and Aankush Nagpal, had a vision to bring traditional Indian wellness wisdom to modern consumers. But their digital journey was anything but smooth.
Their original website was built on WordPress by two freelancers who took their money and disappeared midway — leaving behind a broken, unusable storefront. The site suffered from constant downtime, painfully slow page loads, and a checkout experience that actively drove customers away. With practically zero revenue from their online channel and growing frustration, FloraSoul was on the verge of abandoning e-commerce altogether.

We recommended a complete migration from WordPress to Shopify — a platform purpose-built for e-commerce brands that need reliability and scale without the overhead of managing servers.
Within 45 days, we delivered a fully custom Shopify store that matched FloraSoul's premium Ayurvedic identity. The custom Liquid theme was designed from scratch to evoke the warmth of traditional wellness while feeling unmistakably modern. Every product page was crafted with conversion in mind — high-quality imagery, ingredient stories, and trust signals woven throughout the buying journey.
On the commerce side, we integrated Razorpay and PhonePe for seamless Indian payment processing, covering UPI, credit cards, net banking, and EMI options. Shipping was automated through Shiprocket — real-time tracking, automated label generation, and pan-India delivery from day one.
For growth, we built a full analytics foundation with Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console, giving the founders clear visibility into what was working. We integrated WhatsApp Business for abandoned cart recovery and customer support, Judge.me for authentic review collection, and GoKwik to reduce checkout drop-offs.
Every product page was SEO-optimised with proper meta tags, structured data, and keyword targeting for Ayurvedic skincare terms — laying the groundwork for the organic traffic surge that followed.
